J.B. Ball, a rich financier, gets fed up with his free-spending family. He takes his wife's just-bought (very expensive) sable coat and throws it out the window, it lands on poor hard-working girl Mary Smith. But it isn't so easy to just give away something so valuable, as he soon learns.
Editor's Verdict
"Based on the provided plot summary, 'Easy Living' appears to be a standard romantic comedy focusing on class differences and wealth distribution, initiated by a misplaced fur coat. There is no indication in the summary that the story is set during the Christmas season, deals with Christmas themes, or that the plot revolves around the holiday in any meaningful way."
