Just before stubborn millionaire Edwina Cutwater dies, she asks her uptight lawyer, Roger Cobb, to amend her will so that her soul will pass to the young, vibrant Terry Hoskins – but the spiritual transference goes awry. "The plot summary for 'All of Me' (1984) describes a spiritual possession comedy/romance dealing with a lawyer battling a deceased millionaire's soul inside him. There is absolutely no indication that the setting, plot, themes, iconography, or resolution are tied to the Christmas season. It is a body-switching film, not a holiday film."
