"While the film features Elves (Dobby) and a holiday release date, the core narrative of 'Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets' takes place primarily during the school year, beginning in the summer before and culminating in the spring/early summer. There are no substantial sequences set during the Christmas holiday, and Christmas themes are entirely absent from the plot progression or resolution. It does not meet the threshold for a Christmas movie."
